Recently I was in a meeting with a customer discussing the software selection for an automation product. The usual suspects were there: Puppet, Chef, Ansible, HP Server Automation/Operations Orchestrator. A few months ago I tried Puppet in my spare time and just setting it up took a considerable amount of time. Then I tried Ansible. And

Let’s take, as an example, a client request to map some internal-data to a on-premises cloud infrastructure: there isn’t an off-the-shelf solution for that and a custom development like this can provide meaningful insights at a glance in a small

Marco is a very good Technical Architect and he always has an answer (or at least an explanation) to any problem you bring to his attention.
I've been working together with Marco for almost 3 years at Intesa San Paolo. We managed the monitoring infrastructure, migrating different networks and operating systems under our HP Openview platform. When we noticed problems with this kind of platform, he was the first to push towards Nagios as a more flexible and open-source alternative. I've learnt a lot from him - he is an expert in the field, not just a consultant whose only ability is searching google to copy-paste a solution form a forum. Highly recommended if you what someone who understands a problem before thinking of a solution. And a kind person, too.
Marco is definitely a good architect and project manager even in very complex environment and situations.
Marco is a professional in the IT industry, I had the pleasure of working with him and I realized how professional and passionate he is about his work.
